Filing a complaint
In each country of the European Union a supervisory authority is appointed. Its task is to ensure that the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2021/782 are correctly applied by railway undertakings, station managers and ticket vendors.
If you wish to report an infringement of the European Regulation about a journey you made by train, please fill in the online complaint form.
The enforcement body (NEB) has 30 days from receipt of the complaint to inform the complainant whether the complaint is admissible or inadmissible. If the complaint is admissible, the time limit for the NEB to process the complaint is three months from the receipt of the complaint.
