A new e-book explains Mobility as a Service
In 2024 and for the second time, our Directory Mobility organized a survey on the current use of mobility applications by Belgians and their interest in them. Today, we are publishing an e-book on Mobility as a Service (MaaS).
Survey yields interesting insights
On average, 6 out of 10 Belgians already use at least one mobility application (all applications combined). And 60% of Belgians are interested in a genuine MaaS application. One of the main reasons for using this type of application is to save time, as it would enable them to reach their final destination more quickly. So are MaaS applications a sustainable solution for changing behavior? Over 40% of those questioned believe so.
Inform and raise awareness with an e-book
MaaS has a larger ambition and this is also necessary if we want to achieve results in terms of modal shift and more sustainable mobility behaviour. That is why it is also important to inform and sensitise the population.
And we do just that in the new e-book ‘Mobility as a Service for modern mobility’. In about 30 pages, readers discover the concept of MaaS and read what characterises innovation and how our services support MaaS. The final section contains interviews.
